About me
My journey has been diverse from the start, marked by a strong connection to technology. I'm interested in understanding how digital tools transform the way we work, communicate, and access processes of personal change. This perspective is central to my way of thinking and supporting others.
Throughout my professional development, I have integrated diverse fields: psychology, technology, and working with people in organizational contexts. My experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of human dynamics in real-world settings, while my interest in innovation drives me to continually explore new tools that can enrich therapeutic practice.
During the pandemic, I began volunteering my time to support people in situations of high emotional vulnerability. That experience marked a significant turning point in my journey, reinforcing the value of the therapeutic relationship as a space for support, understanding, and transformation.
I have also had experiences that broadened my perspective on humanity, such as my work as a cabin crew member, where contact with different cultures strengthened my sensitivity towards diversity and the different ways of living and understanding the experience.
I consider myself a curious, analytical, and sensitive person. I'm interested in understanding psychological processes in depth, but also in how these can be addressed in a practical, accessible, and personalized way.
Furthermore, I find in art, especially painting, a form of exploration that dialogues with my way of working: a space to observe, understand and transform.
Today, my approach to support integrates the technological, the human, and the clinical, with the aim of offering processes that are rigorous, flexible, and meaningful.
