Meet Sabrina
Integrating science, technology, curiosity and sensitivity into therapeutic support.
I hold a degree in Psychology, which I obtained in 2018 from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). My professional background combines over seven years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition with the progressive development of my practice in psychological support.
In 2020, in the context of the pandemic, I began offering pro bono psychological counseling. Based on the demand from those seeking my services, this evolved into more sustained therapeutic processes, which continue today at Pensarte, a space I founded to support processes of change and emotional well-being.
I work from an evidence-based integrative psychotherapy approach, adapting each process to the needs of the person and integrating different clinical tools that allow for significant and sustainable changes.
My interest in science and technology is part of my way of working: I keep myself constantly updated and incorporate digital tools that enrich therapeutic practice and facilitate access to the process.
I believe in a psychotherapy that combines rigor, sensitivity and adaptation to each person, offering a safe, respectful and judgment-free space.
